What are "transactions" and how do they play into my choice of a plan?
Transactions are successfully executed automation steps, such as creating contacts, deals, or tickets, sending messages or notifications, or adding records to apps.
A transaction is counted for each automation step that runs after the trigger. Triggers themselves do not consume transactions.
What if I've used up all the transactions my plan provides but I don't want to upgrade to a higher plan?
If you use up all transactions included in your package, Albato will continue running your automations using additional transactions, so your workflows are not interrupted. You’ll be notified when your package is close to running out and when additional transactions start being used.
Additional transactions are priced 50% higher than those included in your package. This is a temporary measure designed to give you time to update your transaction package and choose one that better fits your needs.
You can update your transaction package at any time as soon as you see that your current one is running out. To do this, go to the Billing tab, select a new package, and click the Update button.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for Albato:
— by credit card
— by invoice (legal entities only)
How do I pay by invoice?
If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact our support team at info@albato.com. They will help you with the billing process and provide further instructions.
How do I choose an Albato Plan?
Start by choosing a plan based on how you want to work. Select Pro if you work independently, or Teams if you need to collaborate with colleagues or manage clients within one account. Your plan defines the work format and collaboration features, not the number of transactions.
Next, choose a monthly transaction package separately based on your actual workload. This gives you flexibility to scale usage without switching plans.
With this model, you can keep the same plan and simply update your transaction package as your needs change, making it easier to grow at your own pace.
If you’re just getting started and want to explore Albato, you can begin with a 14-day trial and test the platform before choosing a plan and transaction package.
If I pay for a plan, will it end my free trial?
No, the rest of the free trial will be added to your plan.
